Find the Right People
in Every Account

Use Apollo's People Search to identify decision-makers and expansion contacts across your book.

STEP 01
Open People Search
Navigate to Search > People in Apollo. Use the Saved Search filter or start fresh.
STEP 02
Filter by Account
Add your target company name or domain in the Account filter to scope results to your book.
STEP 03
Layer Title + Seniority
Filter by job title keywords (e.g. "Integrated Media", "Campaign") and seniority to find the right buyer level.
STEP 04
Check Contact Info
Reveal verified email and mobile. Apollo shows confidence scores so you know which contacts are fresh.
STEP 05
Add to a List
Bulk-select and push contacts to a named list (e.g. "XR — Expansion Q3") for sequencing or export.
STEP 06
Save the Search
Save the filter set so Apollo alerts you when new contacts matching your criteria appear.
Pro tip

The Org Chart view shows reporting lines at target accounts — useful for mapping who owns the budget vs. who uses the product day-to-day.

Run Sequences
That Actually Land

Build multi-touch outreach that reaches contacts at the right time with the right message — without manual follow-up.

STEP 01
Create a Sequence
Go to Sequences > New Sequence. Name it for the motion (e.g. "XR — Re-Engagement — Q3").
STEP 02
Add Steps
Mix email, LinkedIn, and call tasks. A 4-step cadence over 12 days is a strong starting point.
STEP 03
Write with AI Assist
Use Apollo's AI messaging tool to generate a first draft, then edit to match your voice and XR's context.
STEP 04
Connect Your Mailbox
Link your work email under Settings > Mailboxes. Apollo sends from your address and tracks opens and replies.
STEP 05
Enroll Contacts
From your People list, select contacts and click Add to Sequence. Apollo queues the outreach automatically.
STEP 06
Monitor & Reply
Use the Tasks view to handle replies and manual steps. Apollo surfaces who opened and who clicked.
Note

Keep sending volume under 50 emails per mailbox per day to protect deliverability. Apollo will warn you if you're approaching the threshold.
